  • Chris Brown has been in the industry for 10 years and is the director/owner of the North Carolina division. CJM Communities NC is already an award winning home builder in the Western North Carolina market. We are proud to announce our Cypress Model in the Cliffs at Walnut Cove has been awarded “The Western North Carolina 2020 Star Award” for Best Single Family Home.  We are currently building multiple homes  in the The Cliffs at Walnut Cove and have upcoming projects in the The Ramble at Biltmore Forest and CJM Retail Center on Hendersonville Road, which will feature our new CJM Communities NC headquarters.   Chris holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from University of Central Florida.
