Owned by Gary and Aracelli Brown, CJM Communities is a family-based business, named after the Brown’s three sons – Christopher, Joseph and Michael.

Celebrating over 20 years in the business, CJM Communities’ brings the highest level of craftsmanship and consumer experience to luxury custom home building.  We have surrounded ourselves with a qualified and talented team that shares our goals, passions and values. Our design-build concept thrives on successful collaboration with renowned architects, designers and subcontractors making each client experience completely unique. Our turnkey system walks our clients through a smooth construction process from start to finish which separates us from other builders.  CJM also takes on larger residential subdivisions, commercial buildings and even student housing.

Gary Brown, is a state licensed builder who has built over 250 new homes in the South Florida area over the past 20+ years. From his experience and hard work he has developed a system to design and build Luxury homes with superior craftsmanship in record setting time frames.

Chris Brown has been in the industry for 10 years and is the director/owner of the North Carolina division. CJM Communities NC is already an award winning home builder in the Western North Carolina market. We are proud to announce our Cypress Model in the Cliffs at Walnut Cove has been awarded “The Western North Carolina 2020 Star Award” for Best Single Family Home.  We are currently building multiple homes  in the The Cliffs at Walnut Cove and have upcoming projects in the The Ramble at Biltmore Forest and CJM Retail Center on Hendersonville Road, which will feature our new CJM Communities NC headquarters.   Chris holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from University of Central Florida.
